Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Head for our travel division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing B2B and DMC travel operations, both domestically and internationally. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for budgeting, strategizing, implementing, and monetizing the overall company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve company objectives in line with industry trends and market demands.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management activities to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
