Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservation processes efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing and reservation systems to book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries regarding reservations, ticketing, and travel-related queries.
- Assist customers in choosing the most suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget constraints.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, and available services to customers.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements for customers.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure proper documentation for financial records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to ticketing and reservations effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide updated information to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in ticketing and reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
