Job Description:
As the Human Resource Head at our Real Estate Clients office, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the organization’s human capital. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, administration, and employee relations. You will be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Build a strong employer brand to position [Real Estate Company Name] as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Handle employee relations issues and ensure prompt resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Administration:
- Manage HR administration tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Administer employee benefits programs and work closely with vendors to ensure competitive offerings.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skill assessments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Strategic Planning:
- Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the company’s overall objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior HR role, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
